DaVinci Gourmet LLC (“DaVinci Gourmet”) maintains this DaVinciGourmet.com website (“Site”) for the purpose of your use, including information gathering, shopping for items sold on the Site, online ordering and shipping, and communication. Please browse and enjoy the Site. This Site contains many of the valuable trademarks, names, titles, logos, images, designs, copyrights, and other proprietary materials owned and registered by Big Train, and used all across the world.

We at DaVinci Gourmet respect your concerns about privacy. Accordingly, we have enacted the following policies which are intended to protect your privacy and ensure that all voluntarily submitted personal information is handled in a safe and responsible manner. DaVinci Gourmet collects personally identifiable information about you—such as your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address or any other information the Site collects that is defined as personal or personally identifiable information under applicable law (“Personal Information”) directly from you when you provide it to us by filling in Site registration, through postings on public areas of the Site, subscribing to features, responding to surveys, completing order forms or other forms, or through details of transactions you carry out through our Site and the fulfillment of your orders.
