Rebecca worked in the NHS as a community-based nutritionist for several years before specialising in children’s weight management. In 2012 Rebecca started her career in the food industry for McDonald’s UK before joining Starbucks in 2018 as the lead nutritionist for Europe, Middle East & Africa. Throughout her career she has been instrumental in driving the nutrition agenda within the out of home sector paying particular focus on reformulation, promoting balanced choice and changing consumers behaviour.

Wan is a registered dietitian, with 30 years of experience in the field of nutrition and dietetics, is responsible for driving all aspects of nutrition, health and wellbeing for Sodexo’s clients, consumers and employees. She currently sits on a number of government advisory groups relating to Public Health. Wan is the current Chairman of the Nutrition Expert group for the UK Hospitality and a former chair of British Hospitality Association’s nutrition.

Currently the primary aspects of the role is the provision of nutritional and allergen data in store / online, supporting the nutritional reduction plans with the development teams against a backdrop of the obesity crisis and leading the process controls in the ever changing world of dietary changes.

Karl joined our Europe Taste & Nutrition Team in September 2018 as Vice President for Foodservice, Marketing & Strategic Planning. He has extensive experience in the industry most recently at FrieslandCampina where he worked for 6 years and was Managing Director Foodservice with overall responsibility for Sales, Marketing, Finance and HR. Prior to this Karl held the role of Managing Director, Friesland Campina Russia and as Business Unit Director for FrieslandCampina Riedel B.V.

Darren’s ambition is for Kerry Taste & Nutrition to lead the Plant Protein category by leveraging Kerry’s Taste, Nutrition, Performance and Sustainable Protein solutions to inspire food & nourish life.
