FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY

The European Food Safety authority (EFSA) establishes the legislation and the European policies that ENMEX meets for each one of the products it sells.

The Food and Drug Administration Agency (FDA), is the Agency of the Government of the United States responsible for the regulation of food, drugs, cosmetics, biological products and hemoderivatives.

Agreement whereby additives and processing aids in food, drinks and food supplements, use thereof and sanitary provisions are established. Usually the enzymes can be used in almost any aspects of our daily lives.

ENMEX is authorized as internal quality control laboratory for tests and products (registered with SAGARPA) marketed for animal nutrition.
