About Kerry’s Food Waste Estimator
The Food Waste Estimator has taken proprietary data and 3rd party data and presented them in a usable and easy to understand format for both consumers and manufacturers. The Estimator includes data from over 30 sources and builds on the review of over 50 scientific articles. Kerry has partnered with the University of Georgia to validate the methodology behind the Food Waste Estimator, a peer-reviewed journal article was published in Sustainability in April 2024.
