Nothing says summer like a cold, tall frappé. Coconut offers a tropical flavour with the delivery of interesting texture through wonderfully chocolatey chips dispersed throughout!
16ml (2 pumps) DaVinci coconut syrup
40g DaVinci vanilla frappé powder
10g Chocolate chips
180ml milk
30g cream
1 teaspoon desiccated coconut
10ml DaVinci chocolate sauce drizzle
Add milk, coconut syrup, frappé powder and ice into a blender and blend on setting 1.
Once blended pulse 10g of chocolate chips into the mix for 5 seconds.
Pour blended mixture into iced cup.
Add a swirl of cream.
Drizzle with chocolate sauce and a spoon of desiccated coconut.
